Question: My friend has signed up for a seminar in Atlanta this Tuesday (3/23) and she wants me to come with her. This guy will teach us to write our own home loan mortgage and get the bank commission for ourselves. is this legit? Does anyone out there know what this is? The organization is called Ultimate Beginnings and they have a web site at UltimateBeginnings.com. Seems good, but I’ve never heard of this. Any info? PLEASE!?!
Answer: Knowing absolutely nothing and then becoming a RE-broker is normal business practice. But becoming a mortgage-broker and actually selling your paper to the secondary market???? Maybe you should try making ice cream like Ben & Jerry instead.
